No. The Newcastle and Gateshead CAZ is Class C, so private cars and motorbikes never pay.
Which bridges are inside the CAZ?+
The Tyne Bridge, Swing Bridge, High Level Bridge and Redheugh Bridge are all inside the zone. The Gateshead Millennium Bridge (pedestrian only) is not relevant.
